Picking Up Your Order

Where do I pick up my order?

Simply stop at the customer service desk and let them know you are there to pick up a web order. You must have a valid ID and we recommend bringing a copy of your order confirmation.

How soon will my pickup order be ready?

Total Wine & More offers its customers two options for pickup, Express and Standard:

  • Express Pickup: Orders placed using the Express Pickup option will be available for pickup within one hour on the same business day. If the order is placed after business hours or less than one hour from closing time using the Express Pickup option, it will be available the following business day.
  • Standard pickup: Orders placed using the Standard Pickup option and placed no later than 11 a.m. local time will be available by 4 p.m. the same business day. If the order is placed after 11 a.m. local time using the Standard Pickup option, it will be available the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.

How do I know my order is ready?

For all pickup orders, Total Wine & More will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.

What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?

When picking up your order, we ask that you present:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Your order confirmation

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup orders may be claimed during the store’s normal business hours. To check store’s hours, please click here.

Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

Yes. If you have placed your order online, please call Customer Service at (301) 352-3264 to arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The person picking up your order will need to present either a hard or soft copy of the "ready to be picked up" email. If the ID of the third party shares the same last name and/or address as the billing information on the order, you do NOT need to call.

If phoning in your order, please inform Customer Care that someone else will be picking up the order.

How long will you hold my pickup order before restocking it?

Once we’ve notified you that your order is ready, we’ll hold it in store for seven calendar days.
